At the end of the 2007-2008 school year, we have had 47 DCMS students graduate from the school. Many of these students are still living on Eleuthera attending one of the public high schools located on the island and some are attending US boarding schools. Our alumni consistently hold leadership positions in their high schools; including both the Junior Achievement Club and the Prefect Board at Preston H. Albury located in Rock Sound. Of the students who are attending boarding schools, five of them have been asked to fill prefect or proctor roles in their boarding houses.

One of our alumni, Christine Sweeting, graduated from Deep Creek Middle School in 2003 and went to Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, NH for her high school years. She did very well there academically and socially and made us proud as the pioneer student in our boarding school program. She is presently attending the College of The Bahamas in Nassau, New Providence studying accounting.

It is wonderful to see that the reputation and legacy of Deep Creek Middle School is alive and thriving!
